The one with my first webcomic: "Loading..."

A couple of years ago, I thought it might be a really cool idea to start a webcomic. I didn't know that I obviously needed certain "abilities" like drawing and being able to maintain a storyline for periods longer than a day. And don't get me wrong; I LOVE writing and all, but I always end up making up stories with superpowers and epic battles, and -let's face it-, I can't keep a story straight and I suck at drawing epic battles. If I were to draw a battle, it would start off looking a little bit like this:

And then:

And to make things even more weird, I'll start thinking about adding bears with chainsaws (and I really can't draw that... see?):

I know... IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!!! And my drawing skills are just lame (trust me, I tried reeeeally hard on that one).

I always think that an epic battle HAS to have some sort of explosion or a guy that's owning people like if he's Jack Bauer (seriously, the guy NEVER DIES!!! What's up with THAT? He's like the human Superman or something). But if I write something like that, I'll probably get thrown into jail for copyright infringement, and I really don't wanna go there because then, how will I be able to play Final Fantasy Versus 13 once it comes out? I wouldn't, that's for sure.

So I'm stuck with stupid battles between ninjas and bears with chainsaws, and I think I've made my point in NOT being able to draw.
Here's the first picture I drew of a bear with a chainsaw, in case you don't believe me:

I showed that to my Boyfriend and he was all like "well, drawing is simply not one of your best strengths".

I beg to differ:

That's me and a friend of mine playing volleyball while boyfriend is asking for help, 'cuz in THIS scenario he doesn't know how to swim. AND I drew it in 12 minutes! Take that Picasso! So, I WIN!!!

(Alright, maybe Boyfriend was just trying to be supportive and stuff, but still... you don't tell a girl that she kinda looks fat when she asks you if she looks fat... it's just impolite).

Anyways, these are a couple of scripts of my first webcomic called "Loading..." which I never continued, and I hope to continue someday (if I ever find the time between my job, my house chores, my book writing, my blogging and videogaming).

These comics were inspired by CTRL+ALT+DEL Comic.

If you feel like doing so... I don't know... no rush... just suggesting that you might wanna do it... please? I'll give you candy if you do! Well, no, I probably won't, but I'll love you more and you can't compare my love, because you can't buy it like candy!
(And, in case you didn't notice, I said "probably" won't give you candy... so there's a slight chance that I just even might).

STEP 1... Success!!!

So, I've been wanting to start a blog about all the weird stuff that happens on my daily basis (like flooding apartments, running away from turkeys, protecting my house from raving rats, blah blah blah, all the things that you'd only think were possible on tv and movies... yeah, THAT stuff happens to me almost daily!). So, step 1 on creating a blog and give it a name: SUCCESS!! If it helps you out, you could imagine the Super Smash Bros narrator saying "success"; that's how epic it is for me to actually get it up and running.

And for all of you out there, wanting to read some weird stuff that happens to a 24-year-old geek girl, WELCOME! Make yourselves at home.
